A & J Electric is a family owned electrical shop located in Forest Grove Oregon. The company was originally founded in 1965 by two friends; Al Slottman and James "Bud" Greason who serviced the Washington county and out lying areas in pick-up service work and light commercial.
In 1972 Bud Greason purchased his partner out and established a residential and commercial shop. Bud Greason then passed the company over to his son Terry in 1999 Terry Greason's daughter Leeann is the central operations manager and also operates as the office manager. Terry's son Shawn Greason is also working with the company.
Up until 2006 A & J Electric has been focused on the residential and small commercial tenant improvement projects. We are the primary electrical contractor for several high quality builders in the Washington County and surrounding areas. Companies including MJT Custom Homes, Reality Homes and Zurbrugg Construction, Mark Dawson, Mike Butterfield, Creekwood Homes, and Mike Parsons. We also have several long standing service contracts with local businesses such as Hales, and Associated Property Management.
